Ordering Information

To ensure prompt shipments and to maintain accurate inventory control, we only accept orders in manufacturer’s package or case quantities. When ordering online, please remember you are ordering by case or package quantity; for example, “1 package” may equal 10 units.

The freight charges for your order are based on shipping from Wyckoff, NJ (07481), and the weight of the order, as well as insurance, FedEx fuel surcharges, residential delivery, etc.

All product returns that are as a result of customer error are at the discretion of Total Media. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be imposed. A written, faxed or e-mailed “RA” must accompany any return. Total Media must be notified within one week of any discrepancy in your order. We do not accept any returns for any reason after thirty (30) days from the date of the order.

All products are covered by manufacturers’ warranties (available on request). If you believe a product is defective and covered under the warranty, it should be returned to the manufacturer for replacement. Total Media will advise and assist you in resolving any issues that may occur with defective products. Each media manufacturer has its own criteria for determining what constitutes a defective product. Therefore, before any replacements are made or credits issued, a determination must be made by the manufacturer in question or by Total Media. Should the product be in compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications, it will be returned to you and no replacement or credit will be issued. Damages that occur during shipping are covered by UPS shipping insurance, which is added to the freight charges (see above). Please refuse any package that has visible signs of damage. If you accept the shipment from UPS (or any other carrier), you must report the damage claim directly to the carrier.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices herein are for reference purposes and do not constitute an agreement to sell. Approval of orders is at the sole discretion of Total Media Inc.

Total Media is not responsible for typographical errors. Total Media makes no determination of the specifications or warranties of the products we sell and will not be responsible for any damages, including but not limited to any defective products and/or late, lost, misdirected or incorrect shipments. Total Media reserves the right to reject any orders for any reason we deem appropriate. Total Media will advise the customer before shipping in the unlikely event of price changes and/or higher freight charges. Shipment will be delayed pending approval of written acceptance of revised prices and/or freight charges.

All customers within the State of New Jersey are subject to a 7% Sales Tax on products ordered, as well as shipping and handling charges. Indiana residents are subject to a 6% Sales Tax on product only. Any claims for tax exemption status must be made before you place your order. New Jersey and Indiana customers: if eligible, please contact us for a tax-exempt form. If tax-exempt status is approved, no sales tax refunds for prior orders can be made from Total Media. To determine whether your purchases are tax exempt, please contact the New Jersey or Indiana Division of Taxation in your county. Customers outside the State of New Jersey or Indiana may be subject to a “Use Tax” in the state where the products are received. Please consult your State’s department of taxation for information in this matter.

Total Media accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card, PayPal and Google Checkout as well. For your security and ours, Total Media may require additional supporting information to gauge the validity of a credit card transaction. Total Media reserves the right to reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to such “high-risk” factors as a non-match of billing and shipping address. Authorization of credit card charges does not constitute an agreement for Total Media to “fulfill” your order. Should your order be canceled for any reason, credit card charges will be voided or credited. Paypal users must have a “Confirmed Address” and reside within the United States.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: If you place an order with Total Media, your credit card goes through a preauthorization phase, at which time the validity of the transaction is determined. Once this preauthorization is processed, the amount authorized is held by your bank for approximately 72 hours. This means that should you decide to cancel your order, decide on an alternate means of payment (e.g. check) or even if an error occurs by either party, your bank will not automatically release the preauthorization amount, and this may go towards using (freezing) some of your available credit line until the preauthorization period expires. Please note: this is not a policy of Total Media and we cannot remove the preauthorization hold even after your order has been canceled or deleted. In this event, if necessary, you must call your bank to remove this temporary hold against your credit line or wait the minimum 72 hours. Total Media will be happy to assist you, but we are not authorized to call your bank on your behalf. You can have your bank call us at 1-800-355-4400 to confirm that the transaction was, in fact, canceled after the preauthorization was made. Again, please understand that this 72-hour preauthorization hold is a bank policy and not something Total Media can control.

We provide our valued customers with a secure, private environment in which to conduct business. Our website and our office servers are protected with the most advanced security protection. There is a minimum order amount of $50.00 for all phone orders and $50.00 for mail orders. The minimum order amount online is $15.00, but orders under $25.00 placed online are subject to an additional $3.00 handling charge.

Total Media ships within the lower continental 48 United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require additional handling/shipping charges.

It is presumed that you have read Total Media’s Ordering Information prior to placing your order. Therefore, placement of any orders with Total Media constitutes an acceptance of the terms and conditions noted above.
